The Cavendish, named after the 7th Duke of Devonshire, is a majestic hotel commanding the premier sea front position on Eastbourne’s Grand Parade. The Marine Restaurant has one of the best sea views on the South Coast. There are high panelled ceilings with thick carpets, white linens and complex napery, but it is the magnificent view of Eastbourne pier and the sea that takes the breath away.
