OPTIONAL BOOKINGS For early bookers who don't want to make the booking "definite" straight away, we will hold your reservation as an option for seven working days. After this time the booking will automatically lapse. This option is available on the phone.
CONFIRMATION The holiday is confirmed and a confirmation invoice will be issued as soon as the verbal confirmation is given over the telephone.
Approximately 8 weeks before your departure date you'll need to provide your final payment (either by cheque, over the phone using your debit/credit card). Shortly after this you'll receive your holiday documentation including your document wallet, maps and notes, your tickets and final travel itinerary.
